






| 1. | First conversation: determine type of building, daily flow, location and size of lot. |
| 2. | Enter into services agreement with T. M. Gates, Inc. |
| 3. | Meet at the site with soils evaluator to determine best location for the system in relation to property lines, house, driveway, etc. T. M. Gates, Inc. will "stake out" the location of the onsite dispersal field (i.e. leach field, mound, drip field, etc.) |
| 4. | T. M. Gates, Inc. obtains a soils report from the soils evaluator. |
| 5. | T. M. Gates, Inc. obtains a survey of the property including the location and elevation of the stakes for the onsite dispersal system (the homeowner/builder will need a survey for the building permit). |
| 6. | T. M. Gates, Inc. will design the sanitary system based on information from the soils report, preferences of the homeowner/builder and applicable regulations. |
| 7. | T. M. Gates, Inc. sends plans to homeowner/builder for their review. If no changes are necessary homeowner/builder submits plans to the County for review. T. M. Gates, Inc. can submit the plans to the County and "walk the plans through" the permitting proccess for an added fee. |
| 8. | After County approves plans, homeowner/builder can then obtain a building permit. |
| 9. | Homeowner/builder hires a registered installer to install the system according to the approved design. |
| 10. | T. M. Gates, Inc. provides assistance to the installer during installation and preparation of as-built drawings. |
| 11. | Following system installation, the system installer submits as-built drawings to the County. |
