Residential Systems for New lots

If you own some property and want to subdivide the property into smaller lots for resale to builders/homeowners, each lot must have adequate soils and be large enough to accommodate an onsite dispersal system (i.e. leach fields, mounds, drip irrigation, etc.). Off site discharges are not permitted for new residential lots. More information regarding subdivisions and new lots can be found in OAC 3701-29-03.
