T. M. Gates, Inc. was founded in 1981 by Todd Gates, PhD. Patrick Gates is the current president of the company and Dr. Gates serves as a consultant. Patrick is also principal at Matrix Holdings, LLC, a real estate private capital firm, which specialized in commercial property development and investment.

T. M. Gates, Inc. has government and private clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small family owned establishments. The relatively small size of T. M. Gates, Inc. reduces management structure and overhead expenses, which allows us to respond to clients in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner. Since T. M. Gates, Inc. was founded there have been numerous changes in government regulations. As a result, we are constantly adapting to new policies which forces us to modify our services. Even though T. M. Gates, Inc. is located near Cincinnati, Ohio we have been involved with projects all over the United States.
